What is Zumba?
  • Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away

Who are the Zumba Instructors?


    Elizabeth Edwards is a professional latin dancer. As she trains with pro-dance partner Jake in American style rhythm dancing  she is constantly is receiving coaching on Cuban motion. She
applies all her dance technique training to Zumba helping  her Zumba students apply
the technique and to feel the music.

How do I begin Zumba?

  • Put on your gym clothes and tennis shoes

  • Pick out any of  our group classes

  • Show up to Just Dance Studio

  • Sign in

  • Get ready to dance until you sweat!

What if I have never done Zumba, can I start anytime?

Every class is different and you  can start with any of our classes. We receive new Choreography every month!


What is the demographic of Omaha Ballroom's Zumba Classes

All ages, men and women!

How much is Zumba?

$7.00 per class or purchase a punch card and receive
10 Zumba Classes for only $50.00
Your first class is only $2.00 (one time only)
When you purchase a punch card we do not punch
it on your first day received!

Where is Zumba

We teach at Just Dance Studio
4534 South 84th Street (Behind the Penthouse Lounge)
Just walk in the South Door (the blue painted room)


And last but not least, when and where are your classes?

  • Mondays @ 8:00pm

  • Wednesdays @ 7:00pm

  • Saturdays @ 10:00 am
